Dynamic stretches

Definition:

Dynamic stretches are active movements that prepare your body for exercise by increasing your heart rate, blood flow and muscle temperature. They can also improve your range of motion and flexibility.[1] Unlike static stretches, which involve holding a position for a certain amount of time, dynamic stretches are continuous movements.
