Eligibility For Returns

  • The medication should be in its original packaging.
  • The return request should be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • We accept returns only if the package/product is damaged in transit or if the wrong product was delivered.

How To Initiate A Return?

Please send a clear image and description of the damaged or incorrect product to our customer support team.

Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping address with instructions.

For Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product or medication, you will be given the option to choose between replacing the product with no additional charge or getting a refund for the medication.

Lost Packages

If your medication is lost in transit, you can inform our customer support. Our team will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner. Rest assured, you will either get a full refund, or we will reship the medication.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned medication, our team will initiate your refund. The credited amount will be refunded to the original payment source and reflected in your back accounts within 48 to 72 hours.

Exclusions

It is important to note that due to the nature of the product, we only accept returns and refunds for unopened and unused medications.
